TREATMENT PLAN (PATIENT PROFILE #1 e.g.)

This treatment plan is an example of a "full mouth restoration / rehabilitation" that is performed after the initial diagnostic protocol is complete and the primary therapuetic occlusion has been established.

VISIT ONE (re-evaluation of therapeutic occlusion):

TMJ TENS Session, Diagnostic Scans (Tek Scan / CAT Scan), Occlusal Adj (crown build-up / and / or splint adjustments), Occlusal adjustments are performed to refine the bite to the anatomically correct position (the therapeutic occlusion) prior to "prepping" the teeth for the crowns / veneers (full mouth restorations). Patients should wear this new bite for the next 2 to 4 weeks to ensure that this is indeed their anatomically correct occlusion position. 1 - 3 hours

VISIT TWO (2 weeks later, re-evaluation):

Re-evaluation Sequencing, TENS / Tek Scan, Jaw Tracking.  1 - 2 hours

VISIT THREE (1 to 4 weeks later, the "prep"):

The doctors will gently remove tooth structure to prep the teeth for the temporary porcelain restorations that will maintain the patient's therapeutic occlusion. Shape, size and shade analysis.  8 to 12 hours

VISIT FOUR (1 week later, re-evaluation):

Re-evaluation Sequencing, Tek Scan (possible TENS).  1 to 2 hours

VISIT FIVE (3 to 6 weeks later, the "finals"):

During this appointment, the doctors will remove the temporary crowns and meticulously place the permanent porcelain restorations which will provide a long-term treatment solution to maintain therapeutic occlusion. 8 to 12 hours
