STANDARD ADJUSTMENTS

We offer a 3% adjustment for any amount paid by check and an additional 5% adjustment for the full case prepayment (required at the time of scheduling treatment). Keep in mind that our office accepts all PPO insurance plans and offers affordable financing options for credit qualified patients.
