2ND-VISIT | THE PREP & INVISALIGN MASTER IMPRESSIONS

The Prep means preparing your smile for master impressions. This entails a special pre-treatment cleaning, fluoride therapy and other minor, preventative preparations. The Prep ensures that you will entered into treatment with adequate oral hygiene, and it enables your Invisalign assistant to take the most accurate Master Impression to capture the specific details needed to produce better-fitting aligners for more comfortable and effective treatment. These impressions enable our office to work with a computerized 3-D image of your teeth so that we can plan and perform your tooth movements throughout the treatment time-line. You will see a virtual representation of your teeth before, during, and after completion of the Invisalign process so you can see what your smile will look like when you're done.
